Waterjet AG is positioning itself for the future: as of October 1, 2024, Felix Egger has assumed operational leadership of the company. He will lead Waterjet into its next phase of development – together with the team and in close coordination with the Board of Directors.
Waterjet AG was founded more than 35 years ago by Walter Maurer. With entrepreneurial pioneering spirit, strong technical expertise and great perseverance, he built Waterjet step by step and developed it into a leading Swiss specialist in waterjet cutting. After this long and intensive period, Walter Maurer has handed over operational management and will continue to support the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors
With Felix Egger, an experienced executive with many years of industrial and management expertise takes over. Prior to joining Waterjet, he held various senior leadership positions, most recently as Managing Director for the DACH region at Roto Frank Dachsystem-Technologie. He has in-depth practical knowledge of industrial processes and combines strategic thinking with a grounded, team-oriented leadership style. “As a leading specialist in waterjet cutting, Waterjet AG stands for the highest quality, reliability and partnership-based collaboration.
