STONE, CERAMICS AND TILES

Precise waterjet cutting for stone, ceramics and tiles

Granite, marble, porcelain tile or technical ceramics: with waterjet cutting, detailed contours are achieved without cracks or chipping – ideal for architecture, design and technical applications.

Why waterjet cutting is ideal for stone, ceramics and tiles

Break-free processing

No cracks, no chipping – even with brittle materials.

Precise shapes in hard stone materials

From granite and marble to porcelain stoneware – highest precision.

Decorative precision

Ideal for design, architecture and custom shapes.

Manufacturing process

How a drawing becomes a high-precision part – step by step to the finished result.

Drawing

Technical CAD drawing of a honeycomb-shaped internal geometry made of Valser stone

Honeycomb-shaped contour geometry with defined web widths – tolerance requirement ± 0.25 mm.

  • Material: Valser stone
  • Dicke: 46 mm

Cutting process

Low-pressure piercing to protect the brittle material, followed by a precise waterjet cut (edge quality N9).

Result
