Fields of application

One process for many applications!
We use waterjet cutting with our self-developed precision waterjet technology AWJmm® for a wide variety of industrial applications.

We use methods for 2D, 2.5D and 3D. We use micro-waterjet cutting exclusively in the 2D range. In the macro range, we cover all three areas. In the 2D range, we achieve higher performance through multiple cutting heads and multi-layer cutting. In the 2.5D range (CNC-controlled rotary axis) we offer the machining of tubes, profiles and the turning of material. In the 3D range, we process bodies three-dimensionally on the largest 3D machine in Switzerland.

The work that can be carried out ranges from pure cutting to complex complete solutions with milling, grinding, drilling, thread cutting, reaming and barrel finishing (vibratory grinding). We offer our customers the advantage that we act as a general contractor and take over the production (welding, assembly) from material procurement to processing.
